So, I woke up this morning with a really swollen upper lip... And it hurts.

It looks as though someone has been wailing on me while I sleep.

Why does this stuff have to happen at the part of the week where I really need to play every night?

Ah, well. Looks like I'm taking tonight off...

For those of you who haven't heard, I got all my final grades a month ago with the exception of one: My Chromatic and Modern Music Theory IV grade. The prof for that course is the head of the music department, and she hadn't posted it by the close of grades because she didn't have the exams graded in time (which I was pretty angry about). Then, after she had graded it (I got an 86, I think), it didn't get posted after or around graduation.

Anyway, weeks passed and she posted the rest of the classes grades except for mine. Then today, she called my mom's house and said she hadn't posted it because she was sick, and other things came up, etc. But that I got an A- for the course!

...Woohoo!

Actually, because CCRI doesn't use a +/- system, it's technically an A.

but, Woohoo all the same!

Sleep is for the weak!

I hate marching in parades. Never again, regardless the amount of pay, will I ever march in one again.
